All rooms are ground-level, with parking nearby for easier unloading. Contact us before arrival if you have particular access needs.
Bringing a boat or trailer?
Boat and trailer parking is available, with electrical outlets for charging boat batteries. Call ahead about a large towing setup or a specific parking arrangement.
Running late?
If you expect to arrive after 9 PM Central, call us to arrange check-in.

If you leave your pet in your room, the pet must be crated. Please make sure your pet does not disturb other guests.

What’s waiting
in your room.
Every room includes a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker, with coffee, cream and sugar supplied. Wi-Fi is included; connection information is provided at check-in and in your room.
All rooms are non-smoking. Tables and chairs outside the rooms provide a place where smoking is permitted.
Planning to cook?
Choose a Deluxe Double Cabin for a full kitchen: stove and oven, full-size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker and basic pots, pans, dishes and utensils for light cooking. The King, Double Queen and Suite do not have a full kitchen.
Breakfast plans
We do not serve breakfast. There are restaurants in the area that do, and coffee supplies are included in your room.
Towels & housekeeping
We normally do not enter your room during your stay. Place used towels outside your room for daily replacement. Stop by the office for supplies or extra towels, including towels for the pool, and let us know if you would like housekeeping or need something taken care of.

Review the payment and cancellation terms attached to your selected rate and booking confirmation. A prepaid offer or a reservation through another booking provider may have different terms.
Flexible reservations
For flexible reservations, cancellation is allowed without penalty until 2 PM Central the day before arrival.
After that deadline, or if you do not arrive, the first night is charged.
Prepaid, non-refundable
Prepaid reservations are paid when booked. Prepaid non-refundable reservations cannot be changed or refunded. Check the selected rate’s terms before confirming your reservation.
Leaving early
Refunds are not offered for early departures. Reserve the nights you know you need; additional nights depend on availability.
When is payment collected?
Regular, non-prepaid reservations are paid on the day of check-in. Prepaid reservations are paid when booked.

We accept cash, debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

What can we enjoy outside the room?
Seasonal swimming, cornhole, basketball, porch seating and cookout areas are available on the property. We also have boat and trailer parking with battery-charging outlets and a covered fish and game cleaning station. When is the pool open?
The outdoor pool normally opens Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day, from morning to dusk, with seasonal extensions depending on the weather. The main pool is 3–9 feet deep, with a separate shallow kiddie pool. Explore on-site amenities →
Are you open all year?
Yes, the property is open year-round. Outdoor amenities such as the pool are seasonal.

Coordinate guest deliveries with the office first. The published shipping address is 16749 US HWY 68 E, Hardin, KY 42048.
Are discounts or group rates available?
